HR24/500, Connected Home Adapter, New Router – DirecTV

I recently switched ISPs and, therefore, received a new router. When initially set up, the tech got me hooked up to the internet. As far as I can tell, this is using minimal equipment.

Anyhow, I’m now trying to re-connect to my wi-fi. When I go to try and fix the issue via the receiver, it’s telling me I need to reset the CCK-W, but I don’t believe I have one of these. I have a coax that comes out of the floor, into some sort of power adapter thing, then into the HR24/500. Then, I had the Connected Home Adapter (now plugged into the new router, previously the old) and also plugged into the power outlet.

My main confusion is centered around the fact that, if I select that I don’t have a CCK-W, then the next step is just to test the connection. If I select that I have one (which I don’t believe I do), then it wants me to reset the CCK-W.

This question, “HR24/500, Connected Home Adapter, New Router,” is about DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports.
