You may have Amazon’s Alexa plugged in to an outlet in your kitchen or living room, but now you can take the AI with you anywhere in the form of a $300 smartwatch. Its called the iMCO CoWatch, which was previously an Indiegogo darling that was 281 percent funded. It’s available, unsurprisingly, on Amazon.

The CoWatch runs on its proprietary Cronologics OS, which iMCO says is compatible with both Android and iOS phones. The watch boasts a 400 x 400 AMOLED touch screen, dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage, a heart rate sensor and is water resistant. The company claims the CoWatch gets up to 32 hours of battery life in always-on mode. The watch has to be paired with a phone to function.
With Alexa on board, you can use your voice to get the weather, news and interact with a wide number of apps. At the moment, the CoWatch doesn’t work with music streaming, and the watch only works with Alexa at all in the United States.

Reviews on Amazon from customers who got Indiegogo watches are slightly mixed at 3.4 stars. Some of have complained of glitches and shoddy clasps on the watchbands, though others have praised the iMCO team for fixing bugs fast and pointing out that the CoWatch will take any standard 22mm strap.
For now, you may want to let early users deal with these issues. $300 is quite a bit to drop on a watch that is still getting some polish even after release, but it’s the price you pay for the only watch on the market that works with Alexa.
