Fleet Complete, a international Internet of Things (IoT) provider of fleet telematics and mobile workforce technologies, acquired BigRoad, an hours-of-service (HOS) and regulatory compliance solutions provider.
BigRoad will continue to operate and sell straight to owner-operators and fleets, and the integrated Fleet Complete BigRoad platform will be provided via their North American companion channels, AT&T and Telus.

This acquisition aligns with the business&rsquos objective of expansion, Fleet Complete says. The business also expanded into Europe in 2015 and Australia in 2016.
&ldquoBigRoad is an impressive organization that has had a laser concentrate on generating the market&rsquos major solution for ELD compliance,&rdquo mentioned Tony Lourakis, CEO of Fleet Complete. &ldquoOutperforming the competitors in usability and connectivity, BigRoad&rsquos driver-friendly and function-wealthy application will be a fantastic complement to our integrated platform, providing Fleet Complete buyers the most trustworthy leading-of-the-line HOS resolution.&rdquo
